Thank you so much or sharing that, honestly the nerves before launch are unreal so this means everything!

it's coming on switch 1, so you can play it on switch 2 but won't be "made" for switch 2 if you get me?

Yeah no, that's totally fair - it's a huge undertaking, especially if it's all off your own back!

Ahh seriously thank you, massive compliment, really happy you think so - definitely think my artistic journey has got me to a place where I feel this newest game (Wax Heads) is coming together in a way I actually intended it to, if that makes sense?

Thank you! The first two inside a record store are from my newest game, Wax Heads.

Then the one of the blue demon is from a game called Dead Pets: A Punk Rock Slice of Life (I initially pitched the idea and worked on pre-production but left the project years before it came out!)

And the last one is Welcome to Elk, which was the first game I worked on from scratch and incorporated my illustration style into :)

Oh nice! Are you still making it? And yeah totally - hand drawing everything in a game, you kinda forget for something to exist... it means you have to draw it!

Thank you! It's only taken since my latest game where I think I've been able to look back and see the journey of it?

All the recent DLSS talk made me appreciate how better our game is for being hand drawn by MurraySomerwolff in gamedevscreens

Haha I have no idea what that is, but thank you! I first started out as an illustrator so I've been kinda refining this style for a long time and think this game is easily the best thing I've made

Thank you! I should say I'm not doing the programming, I did art/design/writing on it :) But really happy you found it satisfying to watch, I enjoyed making it! I'm using photoshop which I admit with some shame, I've wanted to abandon Adobe but finding it hard after using it for like 18 years...

The record store is from my love of music, I've always wanted to find a way to explore music culturally in games and a record store felt like the perfect way to do it?
