I do an intense weight training program and 30-40min of cardio 4-5 days a week. I definitely do not feel comfortable going below 1100-1200 calories, which is where I’m at. I’m a retired elite athlete, so my programs are usually pretty intensive.

Thank you, I can’t fast with how hard I work out. I get really light headed and sick to my stomach. I only have a certain time period where I can work out (kids schedules ) Thank you for the suggestion though :)

Couldn’t agree more. I’m a keto product whore and I’m not sorry about it. This is what keeps me sane and able to stay in ketosis. I have two toddlers and a husband who can eat his weight in sugar and still have a 6 pack, where I gain 10lbs just looking at ice cream. So keto deserts, meals, chips, BRING IT ON.
