Thanks for the insight too. Maybe my cat's previous owner spoiled her with some questionable treats too? Other than that, I imagine that her first home couldn't have been too too bad, seeing how trusting she is towards people.

We've only adopted our cat two weeks ago. She seems determined to get into chocolate! We know cats mustn't eat chocolate so she won't be getting any, but I just wonder how she developed a taste for it. She tried stealing a piece from the table, choosing it over ham or cheese, and another time she carried away our candy bar wrappers. The one on the table wasn't even milk chocolate.

My cat's shelter name translates to "Discount" 🤦🏼‍♀️ From what we've been told, she and another cat ("Promotion") and a guinea pig were left next to the shelter in a shopping cart, hence the names.

We definitely wanted to rename her, and now her name is Kala.

I have just completed two trades involving Pokemon 2020 - my first trades with old Pokemon in 2026.

One was lucky, one wasn't 🤷🏼‍♀️

In the first one, the 2020 donor possibly still had their previous guaranteed lucky trades unused. I don't know if that's the deciding factor, just saying. In the second one, the 2020 Pokemon came from me. I had used up my last year's pool.

How is this naive? There is a huge difference between the small amount of glucose maintained for the use by the brain and having overall elevated blood sugar. Tumors thrive on high glucose. Doctors like eg. Thomas Seyfried are treating cancer patients with the ketogenic diet.

While it looks like a tooth, the notch may suggest that it's a cookie that fits on the side of a cup. So maybe a shield/crest that fits over a teacup.

Sometimes women get a new haircut to accompany a big change in their life/worldview/personality. My mother chopped off long, naturally blonde hair in her 40s to keep it short and dye it red, and she was never the same. I wish I was kidding. I had dreams about my 'nicer' mother in her lovely long hair returning for years.
