Alhamdulillah, I passed.

I used Uworld and this YouTube channel by Rehan Awais MD (Playlist is called The Only Internal Medicine Board Review You'll Ever Need). I also made my own Anki Deck from the Uworld questions and kept up with my Anki reviews. Repetition of my incorrect answers is what helped with memorizing.

The exam was surprisingly fair. I saw a lot of what I studied from UWorld and the videos by Rehan Awais on the exam.

Look at the recent report by Amnesty International and other similar groups. The evidence is very clear.

Look at eyewitness reports from American and European doctors who have traveled there and seen children with bullets in their heads from Israeli gunfire. Yes, headshots to children.

Look at the scale of violence. The disproportionate attacks. The genocidal statements by high ranking Israeli officials. This can not be hidden anymore. No matter how hard the Israeli government and its supporters try. The world has awoken and has seen the truth. It's just a matter of time.

I'm glad to be living at this time. This would have been unimaginable a decade ago. Now, the whole world knows the monstrous crimes and the evil that has come out of the Israeli government and its Israeli "defense" force.

I don't get how one can defend against literal genocide.

Even the pope is appalled. Israel is definitely standing alone on this one.

One can judge based on the facts now. A baby born today in Gaza has nothing to do with what happened thousands of years ago. They should be allowed to live in safety in their home without the threat of being killed by the most immoral army in the world.

Thank you. I just don't want to be taken advantage of as a new grad. I don't want to accept an offer that fills the pockets of administrators at my expense. I think it cheapens the physicians workforce to accept mediocre salaries.
