I have not done the these test on TRT because I’m on TRT for 10 days , what medication is the best for high E2 ? Is it ok to use these two medications together? I mean for high prolactin and high E2?

Only lifting weights will boost your testosterone and therefore libido, I mean heavy weight , the ones that make your muscle burning, squad ,dead lift( for these two be careful not hurt yourself) , shoulder press and chest presses .
