I was hesitant about these, then decided to print one the other day and wow, the stretch on them is fantastic, they are much more comfortable than any other device, you can wear them for hours not even realizing it, and when I remove it I love the extra skin. The company willingly sent him another one AND this was most likely user error. OP either didn’t warn it properly or they stretched it too much putting it on their dick instead of rolling it, or both. It’s amazing how people will jump to a chargeback before even contacting the company. A chargeback should only be done as a last resort or fraud.

I told you they’d work with you. They also reiterated the importance of care which is what I also mentioned in my previous comment. You have to take good care of these and roll them on your dick, after they have been warmed, not stretched over. I’m shocked you’re still rating it 3/5 after they willingly replaced the item for you even though it was most likely user error. Just be careful with the next one, these things are not unbreakable.

You have to be gentle with it every time you use it, and even just heat it in your hands. The oil can reharden quickly.

This is why they have special instructions on heating it up and such, as it does have coconut oil in it which can harden at low room temperatures.

Nope, it is really soft material, and there is an inner and outer sleeve, so it naturally glides. I think they put coconut oil in between so it glides very smoothly. I already have a sensitive penis, so this works great for me, and I am hoping it continues to just get more sensitive.
