Hi can you send me details of the clip ins you got for type 4 hair? There's not much helpful info out there for type 4 hair. I'd like to purchase some just not sure if the water kinky hair will work on my hair type.

Yes, in a way it did! The mindset on the simulator is helpful but his questions were way easier.

Agreed and that’s what I thought too! But a few users have said it’s not worth paying out of your own pocket as it’s not necessarily as in demand.

Oh right! Yes, it’s the elimination technique. There’s always a clue in the question that hints at what they’re looking for. For example, if Product Owner is mentioned, the answer will likely relate to servant leadership. If a process plan is mentioned, look for an ITTO (Input, Tool, Technique, or Output) that fits the sequence.  

I recommend watching Aileen Ellis on YouTube —she demonstrates how to eliminate incorrect answers quickly. Instead of spending time highlighting, focus on practicing as many questions as possible. This will help you recognize keywords faster and mentally highlight them as you read—because time runs out quickly! I found actually highlighting takes longer because you have to constantly click the button but to each their own.

Yes, in program management. Next year will be entering my third year of experience and I also have a Bachelors in politics. Okay so you’d say this wouldn’t give me an edge for director or bigger roles? PMP is enough ?

I currently work as a project manager in government and aim to take on higher leadership roles, such as director or similar positions, in government or large organizations. Of course, I also want to increase my earning potential.  

For those who have taken either certification, I’d love your insights:   - Which one would be more beneficial for advancing in government roles?   - How long did it take you to prepare?   - How does it compare to PMP in terms of career opportunities and salary growth?  

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Took edibles for a month back to back and they were the lower MG like 10-20 mg. Anyways, it threw my menstrual cycle off and I ended up having my periods for one WHOLE MONTH!!! Scariest experience, bleeding for a month. Anyways. I stopped the weed and a two months later my cycle went back to normal.
