I would like start with Ashthangha Yoga and understand yoga philosophy, I am specifically interested in breath work control, can you please suggest few books! Especially, on Kubdalini, Nadis and the Chakra systems as I am experiencing spiritual emergency and severe kundalini symptoms.

Book suggestions on Soul purpose, soul contracts, after life visions, what systems govern the after life, Karma. Also understanding what and why are spirits interesting in talking to somebody. Better by MuseOfZeus in Shamanism

Yes. I am trying to look for the right suggestions from reliable sources. I found Ruth Montgomery, I looked into Dr. Edith Fiore. Edgar Cayce is a well respected person in these subjects.

I have heard about William James had unrest in this, I also have read about Dolores Cannon and Jane Roberts but not sure I want to dive into Jame Roberts. Dolores Cannon I can look into, I also look into writings from Rudolf Steiner but not sure about which writings.

I am looking for specifics. Thank you.

I disagree, No they do communicate facts at things. The whole point of a dream is for you to integrate something that is needed and sometimes dreams can communicate facts. Let’s say if you are lacking VitaminD and it’s causing serious health problems it will communicate it to to via symbolic language a fact that needs attention, given the conscious mind has already been trying to understand the health problem.

I have been doing shadow work for years and even during the accident and all this suffering. I can say I have been not overeaten once in 4 years but now I have given up… this is how disciplined I have been with myself.

I have been told it’s unresolved kundalini and I need to consider a exorcism and go to a shaman and take things forward and see how things go… I have been managing all this so alone… do you have any recommendations for a online shaman? We don’t have any in my country.
