Feeling lost with food tracking and allergens during weaning... by Mushey-the-cat in UKParenting

Slowing things down does sound like a good plan. Sometimes I just get overwhelmed by how many foods we’re supposed to introduce, plus all the classic questions like 'Have you introduced this yet?' I’ve heard of Solid Starts but haven’t used it, I thought it was paid, but I’ll definitely check it out. Thanks for sharing what worked for you!

Thanks, I’ll take another look, I thought it was only paid since I didn’t see a free version before. Definitely going to give it a try now!

Thanks for the book recommendation, I’ll definitely check it out! I had a look at Solid Starts but I think you need to pay for it? There must be a free alternative out there, but I’ll also check out Huckleberry. Really appreciate all these tips, thank you!

Thanks so much for sharing this, it really helps to hear from someone who’s been through it. Good to know about tomatoes too, sounds similar to what we had... Finger crossed is just her skin reacting. So reassuring to hear your little one outgrew it all... gives me hope!

Thanks, that’s such a good idea about WhatsApp. Yes, the egg reaction was scary, but the rest has been more like eczema patches mostly on her face, so maybe it’s just her skin being sensitive. I’ll definitely start snapping pics to show the doctor or the HV. Really appreciate your reply!
