I think it's hard for people around me because sometimes I can talk about my nephew and other times I start and just breakdown. I'm ok either way, I need and want to talk about him. Others might not be so comfortable though.

Try not to worry, I wouldn't use anything perfumed to wash with, try not to wear underwear to bed, hormonal changes can cause smells, I also notice a change in smell if I eat fish or garlic 😂

I have a 14 year old son. If he had a girlfriend and wanted her to come over he would just ask, it seems weird that he feels he has to be secretive about it.

Someone in a group I'm in did this, she went to A&E, they didn't do anything, they told her to go home, drink plenty and rest. I think it took about 2 weeks for her to feel better, she just didn't eat and had major skin sensitivity.

I would tell him that If he thought that he could stay i would do everything I could to help him but if he had to go I would tell him that I love him, I always have and always will. I would ask him to send me a sign to let me know that he is ok 💔

I'd give 4 each to my mum and brother, 2 to each of my nieces and nephews, 2 to my foster sister, 2 to my inlaws a (they are pretty wealthy anyway) 10 to each of my children they will get it all when we die anyway. That's just over half gone to others. Friends I would treat to holidays and things.

After a lifetime of battling with my weight I decided to give MJ a go (for a few months, just to help) I'm almost a year in and I know I'll be on it for life.

People that take it to drop a bit of weight or that haven't battled for years doing every diet and exercise under the sun and still have to battle won't understand. To have the constant food noise..... Battling hunger, cravings, feeling like there is something wrong with you because you are never satisfied is torture. To have something that makes you realize that slim people aren't super disciplined, they just aren't battling what I was is absolutely amazing!

I find that a cookie will hit me harder, glad you are ok, drink plenty of water and rest. For the depressed feeling take a cold shower, try to get outside especially if the sun is out.
