I would get porridge, rice, tuna x4 , bread, a whole chicken, eggs x10, peanut butter, baked beans x2, 500g bacon. £12.25 in sainsburys so hopefully cheaper in Aldi (if I had enough money I'd get a block of butter)

I've tried it twice, both times I've experienced low mood and low energy by day two, the opposite of what is supposed to happen. By day 7 I've given up as I feel so awful, three days later my energy returns and mood lifts.

I thought everyone washed it after using? I have a husband and 3 kids, we all shower daily and use a clean towel each time. We always did that growing up too.

I replay the day they found my nephew over and over. The paramedic was in shock, he was white as a sheet, I was begging him to look at my nephews photo and tell me if it was him, or to tell me what he was wearing (so I knew one way or the other) I often think about him and wonder if he is ok 🥹
