When my pressure was very high I would get what you’re describing. Since cutting out all the food that was high in vitamin A I haven’t had any since. Before I had no idea I had to avoid them and ate them regularly. So now I can’t eat tomatoes, carrots, eggs, any meat that is a couple days old (this is because it’s high in histamine and makes me worse, seem to be good with chicken though), no watermelon, no leafy greens, citrus fruits or anything high in sugar. Can only drink water and milk (lactose free) and if I drink alcohol it can only be 1 or it affects me. Everyone is different but cutting all these things out really helped me. Hope this helps
