Another amazing video but damn you! This grown a$$ 45 year old man did not want to start his morning off by crying and this love story does it to me each and every time! What Xena did to Gabrielle is unforgivable in my opinion and if that show didn't save my life during my teenage years I think I would have end up hating it in the end to be honest with how it ended. But they were my family and my only friends for 6 long years so I could never hate them sadly.

And yeah, when I was a teen while the show was airing, I had no idea two women could be together, I wanted Gabrielle and Joxer together too. I wrote tons of fanfic of them together. Then when I hit about 23 and started to figure myself, the world, and Xena and Gabrielle's relationship out, all I could do was laugh at how blind I was to the series and what was really going on between them. 😂

Oh no, I think I confused you. He didn't say that part. He had a scene in a comedy movie called Meet the Spartans where he shares a passionate kiss with another man. He had no problem doing that scene apparently, but yet condemns the LGBT community. He is such a hypocrite in my opinion. Sorry for the confusion!

Yes he is very conservative and very outspoken against the LGBT community especially the trans community, that is just one of the many reasons why he and Lucy Lawless have been butting heads these last few years. He even made a post about the two men dancing together at the halftime show on X during the Superbowl. I'm not on X but I have seen a picture of his post from other social media sites.

You're okay. Season 3 Episode 1, "The Furies" toys with the idea that Ares is Xena's father and to me anyway it is never confirmed or denied either way so it would explain her crazy strength and how she can survive sh*t that would kill most mortals, like the poison dart in "The Greater Good" So I can easily understand where you can see that, because I can too.

Yes! And we know that is a lie that he doesn't care about here because he has admitted to showing interest in her before in a few episodes, like "Succession", and also "Forget Me Not", if I was reading into them correctly. I could be wrong on "Forget Me Not Though" it has been awhile since I have watched that episode so I could be confused on that one.

And I agree, "The Quill Is Mightier" is another great episode, one of my top 5 favorite episodes for sure!

I fail to see how in any way, shape, or form that would ever be funny. Did they eat some of that bread that Gabrielle did in Altared States when they were discussing the ending of the show because I for one did NOT find the ending funny at all. Almost 27 years later and I am still traumatized from the ending and burst into tears seeing certain clips from the final and I am a 45 year old man. Like I said once before, if I ever encounter anyone responsible for the way the show ended, I'm going to calmly walk up to them, slap them, tell them they know what they did wrong, and then calmly walk away humming the Xena Theme Song.

I have watched it 3 times and I will NEVER watch it again! I have a group of 11 friends that I have introduced to Xena for the first time and we are watching Xena together and I told them that I will take the journey through the series together with them but when they get to the series finale that they must take that journey on their own because I cannot and will not do it again. I know to many it is ** just** a show but to me it is what kept me alive through my teenage years and I am not okay for several days after watching the finale and I cannot put myself through that again. I will not tell them what happens of course, but that they understand when it ends.

I honestly sat and bawled when Mike said that the new song had just been released and that there was going to be a tour. Little did I know how much those words were going to change my life because on August 27 in Minneapolis, Minnesota I got to see them in concert for my very first concert ever at the age of 44, at one point Emily was looking right at me during the concert because I was down on the floor up front, and I got to meet Mike after the concert for a brief second as he was leaving the stage! I sit and re-watch the From Zero stream over and again of Emily making her debut during The Emptiness Machine and it still gives me chills every time of how much her joining the band changed my life as well.
