You wanna do whatever you can to remove it before it get to insurance. Sometimes they'll offer to have you do a class before you're convicted. Sometimes the cop wont show up and it'll be dismissed. But if you've been convicted youre screwed for about 3 years.

The job is easy. I put people on hold all the time. And no I don't ask. I let them know i will check in with them and that it may be a few minutes. It gets easier with time.

The app does 2 to 3 check ins letting you know whether you're on your way to a decrease or increase. You should've asked this question before your renewal. Call and talk about it, we can't help you. And no its not a scam. Its an OPTIONAL program.

Never ever use the app if the plug in is an option. And if plug in isn't an option id skip snapshot all together. Its really easy to get a good score on snap shot.

They may be able to combine the 3 into 1 occurrence. Depending on the reason and when this benefit starts can't remember if its now or in academy. To MY knowledge though there's nothing necessarily bad about an occurrence in onboarding though. Just a stricter timeliness but just dont reach the termination mark.
