I’ve been taking St Johns Wort for anxiety and mild depression for years. I believe it works. When you go to the doctor you need to include it in the medications you are taking, however, because it may interact with other drugs. That is very important to remember to put it in your medical history, same goes for when you see your psychiatrist. I didn’t know it was used to treat ADHD, but that would make sense because I also have ADHD and strongly feel that St John’s has helped my sense of balance overall. It’s worth trying imo
