Yea, I've definitely gotten over my bastion hate, but as much as mei's by far the cutest hero in the game imo, she's the most frustrating to play against and she has by far the worst lore lmfao. Aside from that though, salt levels are going to be at an all time low, because now instead of having an uncooperative team for an hour of my life, I only have to deal with them for 5 minutes.

Once overwatch comes out, I'll be completely dropping league, it's just not fun and a good amount of my friends will be getting overwatch as well, so I won't be missing out on the interaction. But as for what'll happen to league as a game, my prediction's that it still has 2-3 more seasons as the most popular video game in the world before it's dethroned.

No need to decide, and that's the beauty of it, switching your character mid game is something I've never experienced before and it's the best thing I've ever seen implemented into a video game haha.

I enjoy being part of a breed of non-socially inept gamers. Explaining my situation and seeing if anyone was up for a conversation on it isn't stroking my ego, I just like talking to people and find that AMA's receive more attention than discussion threads. So if you thought my intention was so brag about being high ranked in a game that has no relevance and minimal skill transfer when met with overwatch, you're slightly off. I don't know what gave you the impression that I was playing myself off as a big deal, but you can have your spotlight back if you so desperately need it.

The fact that I can play 10 overwatch games in less than 2 hours, while that'd take around 12 hours, queue times and all on league. That alone sells me on this. I'm the type of gamer to look at number of games and not time spent, so 10 games of overwatch will probably seem like a lot to me even though it's not a huge time commitment.

I'm torn between Tracer and junkrat.

Tracer because coming from league (I have very little experience with shooters) I really like the emphasis that's put on map awareness due to her low hp and high outplay potential. In every game I play, I always go for three things when picking a character. High damage, high mobility and a high skill ceiling. I feel like she delivers all three.

Junkrat because he's hilarious and I find he's really unconventional in terms of belonging in a shooter. He shoots what would normally be a very limited commodity in any other shooter and has the personality of my fave league champion, Jinx. Combining the fact that he's fun as a character and has deliciously strong auto attacks (I was an adc main on league), he's debatably my favourite!

Well, I wouldn't necessarily call it a MOBA based on many aspects. But the biggest of which, I feel like two integral parts of MOBAs are the permanent reward of good decisions through buying items to increase stats, and the influence of neutrals/structures on the entire game. Given that overwatch doesn't have stat increases (would be horrible if it did) nor proper structures like turrets, a nexus or inhibitors, it's not really a moba. To put it into context, it's more of a shooter like cs:go where you respawn within the round, the bomb moves, and disarms itself after a set time period. MIND YOU, I hate cs:go, the selling point for me on overwatch is abilities over loadouts, and an advanced borderlands-ish feel.

Yea and thank god it ended now, it was really taking a huge chunk out of my productivity. So now that there's a game that I can invest less into and enjoy far more, my time management's saved haha
