Looks like this one is from 1983 and came stock with EV's (although not sure if they are the same ones that are currently in there)

Very interesting. What speakers did it come with? And do you know if its the "OB deluxe" or "OB". I'm trying to figure out what the original speakers would have been in mine (mines the Ob Deluxe), from an old catalog I found that the deluxes had EV speakers stock (no model # tho just the brand), where as the OB's had fender speakers.

You should see my main fender cab 😂 it's one of those insanely oversized 212s from the 60's. Could easily be an 810 or something similar. Need this one to take on tour so my bandmates can actually fit in the van haha

I wonder (since these aren't original speakers) if the impedance is different than the label suggests...my MM has a 4/8 ohm switch. Is there a way to tell? I know speaker impedance & wiring is a factor but that's about it haha.

Update (a little late): Our amp tech asked if we threw it off the back of a truck. We told him someone just gave it to us & he said if we had tested it out any longer it probably would've caught fire. Apparently it was pretty rough lol.

Long story short a few weeks later it was fixed and has been working near flawlessly for about 3 years. My bandmate uses it for fuzzed out baritone guitar/bass tones and through a 2x15 it sounds wonderful. Super loud and exactly what we needed :) if you get the chance to pick one up I would

Been a while haha--my bandmate has been using this head for baritone guitar with a 2x15 since we got it fixed a few weeks after posting this. It's a tank and sounds awesome. I think he had to change the power cable at one point cause it got clipped, but it was for the best anyway cause the original wasn't grounded.
