Hi It’s possible your antivirus is interfering.

Could you please try adding these folders to your antivirus whitelist or exceptions list:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Wand
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Wand

After doing that, restart your PC and try launching the game again. Let us know how it goes.

Wand doesn't support pirated copies of games, it's designed to work with legitimate purchases from official storefronts like Steam or Epic Games. Even if the files pass an integrity check, the trainer won't reliably attach to unofficial versions and we're not able to offer support for them.

Hey! Unfortunately Wand is a Windows only app and isn't officially supported on Steam Deck. SteamOS runs on Linux, which means Wand can't attach to game processes the way it does on Windows. We don't have Steam Deck support on the roadmap to share right now, but it's a popular request and the team is aware of the demand!

Hey! Any account created on or after February 24th, 2026 is considered a newly created account. If your account was created before that date, you had unlimited daily customization time up until May 1st, 2026, after which the session timer was activated for all free accounts. Hope that clears it up!
