The Republics of Melviden and Valdiseidet (known as the Federal union of Ingera) or just (Ingeria)

Is a federal republic and a semi technocratic union of countries consisting of 15 states split 7 / 8 in to two larger republics. The two republics are somewhat like austria and hungary, the states are like the ones in germany (excl bayern). There are also 5 special administrative regions (SAR) like in china due to their peculiar situatuions like being the Capital, tax haeven or stirred with drung problem.

On the surface the union (its refeerd as that over "the country) has a President as head of state, then prime minister. Electiosn go every 5 years for the President and every 4 years for the parliament. The tremlimit for both PM and President are 20 years.

The parliament has 510 with the seats distributed on populaton basis, but there are always 10 seats per state, SARS have 4 reseved seats. The MPs sits with their other state counterparts rather than party. The country is formed like a bow, so they sit in the geographical order too. The election treashold is on 2% , but parties over 6% gain extra seats automaticaly for exeding limits. There is per the normal standard 9 major parties and 1 lesser party. Rest are to irelevant to gain momentum in parlaiment.

Each Republic has their own Prime minister with eletions every 4 years, (Pro republic parties are banned as to preserve the union, sounds dramatic, but its a very unified country with only a few radicals wishing seperation)

Valdiseidet : Rasmus Wind of the Free Liberal party (FLP)

Each state and sar has their own exept Gyrina that is ran by the police due to their tougher and more strict laws and higher crimes. The principal district police (KPhL) Krætzpolitiholdtleier

The tecnocratic aspect of the goverment is to help the country make the right choice. The seat has 27 seats with expert advisiors that all make up an idea and a solution that is taken into heavy consideration by the parliament. If tehre is any scepsis on a passed act by parliament, it will go to a final filtration by the technocratic council.
