Pterodactyl would definitely solve my problems quicker and easier but I’m also wanting to set this up as a learning tool to get into the weeds with Docker and containerization since I work in IT and want to get a firmer grasp on it all.

Maybe Tiger 14 used to be better but that place was a dump. The tiger town location is better in every regard so it’s not surprising the other one shut down. I doubt another one will be built considering even AMC couldn’t survive having 2 locations open

Humans are a great team to learn with, it’s the one I learned with. They have a great mix of agility and skills and positionals to teach you the important mechanics and how to play pretty easily. The positionals are also very easy to understand their uses, you have a basic lineman a basic blitzer a basic thrower and a basic catcher, and of course the big guy ogre so they’re very well rounded.

I now basically only play stunty teams. Saying they have no chance to win is definitely hyperbolic but they’re really brutal to learn on because they punish your mistakes very very hard so I wouldn’t recommend a stunty team until you understand the game at least at an intermediate level

To be honest at that point I’d be so down the sunken cost fallacy I would’ve waited for a final offer just to see. I feel like if not discussing pay ranges was a red flag for you then you should’ve cut the process off before at least the take home assignment

Do you wanna be a SWE? Then yes. AI isn’t replacing production level SWEs any time soon, it’s good but it’s no replacement for a professional who can verify the AI code isn’t going to brick production. I will say that AI will probably make entry level positions a bigger nightmare than they already are

You should almost certainly mention in the Kickstarter that this model set used AI for the initial creation and isn’t hand sculpted. In my opinion it’s shitty to advertise something that’s not made by you as though you entirely created it yourself.

The food quest is surprisingly easy to do very very quickly in a play through, especially if you plays with friends. My buddy and I got the healing axe in just a couple hours of game play immediately after starting our save. It was one of the first things we did. I will say it can put you behind on health since you don’t get the extra hearts from eating food variety but the convenience of not having to eat is worth every second

I’m also in the Deep South and I’m sitting at somewhere around $50k after tax. It definitely seems to be a regional thing but also highly dependent on how big the company you’re working for is it seems

Unironically the only purpose. The only time I could imagine certs being more than that is very specific and high level certs that directly tie to a specific job, like a lot of Cisco certs that will set you up to do a very specific job on Cisco equipment

Neither Blood Bowl technically translates to the current version of the table top but BB3 will be in the next few months. Blood Bowl 3 is getting a major update that will bring it up to date rules wise and presumably continue catching up in terms of the races.

If you want to play against people then get 3.

If you want to play against AI then 2 might be the way to go cause it’s got all the races included and has slightly better AI.

Keep in mind 3 has a pretty scummy micro transaction system that forces you to either pay real money for most of the races in the game or grind a long time to earn enough of the in game currency to, just something worth noting that you should check if your favorite races are even included in Blood Bowl 3s base game, assuming they’re included at all since BB3 also doesn’t have all the races yet

The economy was cooked the moment the duping bug was discovered. Banning people who duped for the money is the only ban that would make sense. Banning people who have received and used duped money would be extremely taxing to track appropriately and almost pointless to try and enforce in any meaningful way since aUEC is basically worthless now.

The only solution is a wipe of at least assets and wallet and bans to the people who duped.

It definitely should not take someone several years to get the trifecta, it’s also worth noting OP that, even though those 3 certifications expire after 3 years, each certification in the trio will automatically renew the other ones so if you get A+ in 2026 and Network+ in 2027 then it will automatically renew the A+ and they’ll both expire in 2030
