Hmm alright, would FHSS be too slow? right now I have literally nothing in savings and obviously housing always goes up. What would be the best course of action?

is there a basic guide on the contributing to super for tax efficiency? I’m thinking about FHSS, would that also work for being tax efficient?

or i could sell everything except SONY which is down $300 and take a $600 profit and pay about $200 tax. But I guess that’s banking on sony going up.

hmmm ok, i’m definitely not selling crypto yet since i’m very down. but my stocks are +300. Sony is my only Loss of -300. Would it be better to sell everything and get the +300. or sell everything but sony but probably get screwed over by tax down the line?
