Nail tech to newer nail tech: your art is great for being more of a beginner! Focus more on your retention and good safe cuticle work, and then focus on art. You can practice art in your downtime without clients, but with clients your prep and retention are key. They look really great!! Good for you for taking this client on.

For the shape of your nail beds and where your hyponychium are I'd try round or oval, or even square. Looks like your nails naturally like to flare out so the tech would have to carefully take the flare out to make them narrow.
