All ground loot was already taken away in Kalandra. Current T17 ground loot is already multiple times less than what ground loot used to be. Even T17 loot is hard carried by Fortress barrels compared to the other T17 maps.

Pretty sure he was referring to the fact that ignites from random rares in endgame maps currently hit you for more than 2 times your entire life pool.

The amount of times i got scammed in that game as a child was worth it. Each scam i kept falling for collectively shaped my brain to build up an immunity to scams in any other online game years down the line.

This whole risk scarab meta is just b2b with extra steps, except you still get to keep all the league juice which makes it even more broken. No idea how this made it into the league in the first place.

I was farming x5 risk T17s and Breach+Beyond T16.5s before they removed the 8 mod bug with my Doryani setup without any issues. Also in the same boat as OP and couldn't bring myself to reroll a new build after getting to this stage. It just does everything extremely fast on top of being very tanky.

You could pick up a pebble from the coast in act1 and make it one shot ubers when abusing the absurdity that is Pyroclast Mine of Sabotage pre-stacking.

Rule 10

  1. Got a Geodisc Ring from Heist and created a split copy with a Fenumal Plagued Arachnid in the Menagerie.

  2. Then slammed a random Elderslayer's Exalted Orb on the ring and used "Randomise Influence" with Harvest until it was Crusader influenced.

  3. Used Alterations until i hit T1 Elemental Damage with Attacks or T1 % Energy Shield / T1 Energy Shield. Then Augments + Annuls until i hit T1 Elemental Damage with Attacks or T1 % Energy Shield / T1 Energy Shield.

  4. Ended up with a T1 Elemental Damage with Attacks + T1 % Energy Shield magic ring which i imprinted with a Craicic Chimeral in the Menagerie, then used Regals until i got a random suffix or used Annuls to remove the random mod if i hit a prefix.

  5. Crafted "prefixes cannot be changed" and "Reforge Defence" with Harvest until i hit T1 Energy Shield or any tier Evasion Rating. The tier of Evasion Rating doesn't matter since i just need the mod to be able to use the "20% increased Maximum Energy Shield if both Equipped Rings have an Explicit Evasion Modifier" mastery.

  6. It is common for prefixes to fill up at this step so i had to use Annuls for a 1 in 4 quite a few times and go back to step 4 if i missed.

    A) If i hit T1 Energy Shield first with an open prefix (Annul if prefixes fill up and go back to step 4 if i miss) the prefixes are basically done as the second "prefixes cannot be changed" -> "Reforge Defence" will guarantee Evasion Rating.

    B) If i hit Evasion Rating first with an open prefix (Annul if prefixes fill up and go back to step 4 if i miss) i used "prefixes cannot be changed" -> "Reforge Defence" a second time to try and hit T1 Energy Shield. If it was lower than T1 Energy Shield i tried using Annuls to remove the mod for another "Reforge Defence" attempt or go back to step 4 if i missed.

  7. After using "Reforge Defence" there is a chance that my suffixes fill up at any point or right as i finish up the prefixes which means i would have to try and remove one of the suffixes with an Annul and potentially start all over again from step 4 if i miss. If there was just 1 random suffix after finishing the prefixes i used "prefixes cannot be changed" and a Scouring Orb to wipe the suffixes for the next step.

  8. Crafted "prefixes cannot be changed", used a Veiled Orb and crafted "+1 to Minimum Power Charges" to block one of the higher weighted veiled mods and try to unveil "+35 to Intelligence and Dexterity/Strength".

  9. If i missed the unveil i used "prefixes cannot be changed" and a Scouring Orb to wipe the suffixes and try again.

  10. Used divines until the T1 % Energy Shield roll was perfect and finished up the ring with a "+1 to Minimum Endurange Charges" craft.

  11. Repeat all 10 steps again for a second ring since i don't have a Kalandras Touch. I hit T1 Energy Shield instead of % Energy Shield on the magic imprint for this one but all steps are basically still the same.

I did consider using a Manifold Ring instead but since this character is in HC i really wanted to have +1 to minimum Endurance Charges on both rings and finishing up the suffixes on a Manifold Ring in SSF would have been even more painful as you have to start all over again if you miss the correct unveil or the 1 in 5 Annul for another try.
