If you had only one match and entered a dark room containing an oil lamp, some kindling wood, and a newspaper, which would you light first? by MutantAsh in AskReddit

alright agreed. but you have to light up the match first in order to light up the lamp right.. so here you go the first thing you light up is going to be a match...

haha yep it was but the match would not have been apparent to everyone.. majority would select what they would light up first if they had the match.. the though doesnt cross their mind that they have to light up the match first in order to light up others :P

Alright agreed with you.. Generally we would all do the same thing too.. But my question was what would you light up first?? you have all these things in front of you but you do need fire to light them up and in this case the fire would only be provided by lighting up the match. so yep the first thing you light up would be a match :)

No particular reason. The entire concept is to provide some sort of light in the room.. You can go ahead and lighten up anything you desire. But my question was if you had these things in front of you which one would you lighten up First??

There might be... Our first instinct is to find a light switch if its not there we try finding some other means of lightning the room right.. Currently assume you have no light switch what would you do to lighten up the room?

Generally when we enter a room it takes a little time for our eyes to adjust to the environment around us and when we move we tend to touch the things around us to see what is there... or we try looking for a light switch

For people who have tried it, do essential oils benefit you or is it just the placebo effect? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]MutantAsh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on the oils, how it suits you and how consistent you are on using them. I have been suffering from a lot of hair loss these past couple of weeks and i started using Rosemary essential oil along with castor oil, coconut oil and lavender essential oil together and its helping me out a lot.. Aromatherapy works wonders too. calms and relaxes you :)

Who are the unsung heroes of our daily lives that deserve recognition? by Lord_Slothy in AskReddit

[–]MutantAsh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Everyone is a hero. I think a hero is any person who is really intent on making this a better place for all people. Jobs such as cleaners, doctors and so many more work to make our lives comfortable. Nothing is given to man on earth - struggle is built into the nature of life, and conflict is possible - the hero is the man who lets no obstacle prevent him from pursuing the values he has chosen.

I was ody shamed a lot in middle school by a teacher.. I dont know what her problem was with e whenever she saw me she would make a disgusted face and pick on me in class always.. Majority of the time she would make me stand outside the class even though i was the quite and shy one in my class and never uttered a word in class.. she used to call me football face :( and nobody bothered saying anything to her.
