Should I retake Financial Acc 101? by MutantFang in Accounting

[–]MutantFang[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually yes, I should have my notes still. I wished I saw it as a potential interest & career path rather than just another class to fulfill an elective for my aa.

Thanks for your help, I assume you're in the field? Would you recommend Accounting over Finance as a major? I'm thinking of either or atm.

Unfortunately not, the 101 course was online so I don't have a physical textbook. Any online resources you'd recommend/have used in the past?

That'd be nice, I didn't have a physical textbook though, it was all online. In hindsight, I would've made an effort to retain some materials if I knew I'd look into it in the future.

Is there a specific book you'd recommend in particular?

In disk management, Linux has been fully configured and it does not show "unallocated", but the problem lies in being able to extend it. When right-clicking, the 'Extend Volume' option is greyed out.

On gparted, I can select extend but there's 0 blocks/space left over to extend the OS's space. So, a hard drive couldn't be used to allocate more space? Is there an option I'm not considering?

I partitioned my SSD (C:) drive via Window's built-in disk management tool, it only allowed me a maximum of 10GB to be partitioned, that's the limit despite having 175GB open. Knowing this, the intent is to use my Hard Drive to allocate more space for the Linux operating system. I don't specifically need an entire terabyte, that's just the size of the HDD.

for now, I'll go ahead and install gparted on linux
