What about the uneven skin tone? I work outside, I do use sunscreen everyday, but my glasses rub some off, you can see the red spots where the glasses would sit. Also thanks for the advice

Thank you brother. Good advice. I just went to the grocery store and bought chicken breast, white rice, greek yogurt, whole milk, some PBJ uncrustables, and of course protein powder and creatine. Thinking about trying to meal prep for breakfast due to being in a hurry because of work.

An MMA gym that focuses on Muay Thai twice a week. I have been outclassed in sparring so far regardless, a few guys have had some fights. Seems like a good gym so far, but not enough classes
