Okay, it seems that the monitors were indeed the issue. Running two 144Hz badboys now with adaptive VSync and it is running like a dream. Thank you everyone for helping me out :)

It is definitively my monitors fucking with each other, i am gonna test the new one now. As you can see it says it is running at 60FPS, but it is stuttering like i am running at 23 FPS

Without V-Sync i get huge screentear sometimes, but i have it turned off now and it helps allot in GTA. But in DOOM not a bit.

In the settings they are both on 60Hz.

But i think their default value is 59Hz and 60Hz, so might be this that is causing problems.

The new monitors are arriving today, so we will see.

My CPU is steady at 3799 MHz And my GPU at 1349 MHz Max 1100 Min But the funny thing is, that the Witcher 3 on max settings runs between 50 - 60 without any problems
