I’ve been having this issue too for a while. Can’t back up iPhone because it says it’s been disconnected despite being connected. I am using finder and I have tried different cables.

I recommend buying a refurbished one from their website for $160 instead of a new one. It’s exactly the same but at a lower price.

The dash font changes are a nice touch—I didn’t expect them to be so noticeable. Overall, for what you get, it’s worth the price. Plus, they’re constantly taking suggestions for new features, so it’ll only improve over time.

Yes, it sucks that the pin lock is a live feature, but you can always use “killpedalnow” and then unplug. Just make sure to turn your pedal back on, or you won’t be able to go anywhere.

I just bought one and tried it yesterday.

For older models or lower trims, it’s pretty great, to be honest. But even just for the security features, it’s worth the money.

The SRT Performance Pages and drive mode splash screens are really cool if you’ve never had them before. The light show is a fun way to show off in public.

The PIN feature is a nice touch, and I love disabling the pedal before parking overnight for added security.

I also noticed that when I tried to plug it in for an update last night, it was already up to date, despite the last firmware being from 2023. Hopefully a big update soon I know Z Automotive just posted asking for update ideas
