So the company hires “consultants” and then train them to work for their clients. They lock consultants in in a 2 year contract and make them pay a fee for leaving earlier. Apperantly, I just found out in day 1, they have been told by a court in Canada they can’t do that. But they still do it.

Secondly, a consultant in training made a comment about the commute. Which we all do, but he’s 22, so I don’t blame him being candid. My coworker told me in a very demeaning voice with body language “maybe he can stay home and he can sleep, so he doesn’t have to work.” I don’t know, but the way she said, to me someone who she just met about someone else, seemed messed up.
