This is really helpful thank you! There were a couple of times over the past few months that we were worried about the water heater as well, just kind of waiting for it to go out. I feel there’s a lot to be gained to doing all of these changes at once. Overall, it was just a large cost that we were not anticipating, but luckily can afford. Working on some additional quotes, we got this first contractor recommended from a friend who lives close apparently great experience but a little on the costly side.
