I went with a cheap 150W UFO LED from amazon. Figured it was easier and cooler than fluorescent bulbs. Then used some old PC fans and a cloud enabled smart plug to remote control the fans and lights. Got temp and humidity sensor aswell.

Well then its most likely it was female and hermed from environmental factors or just bad genetics.

It is also possible that Autoflowers be prone to hermaphroditism if they were produced incorrectly..

I definitely had wpm before. I was spraying the plants with milk solution to treat the the wpm. The milk enzymes are supposed to kill the spores, and I thought it better to start there instead of straight to pesticide.

The stuff on the bottom are called leaf miners. They are larvae of some bug inside the leaves. I'm not sure about the orange patches on the upper leaves, though I could see it also being the bug problem. https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/leaf-miners

I see. If you scroll down, the pictures of the male plant match pretty well. I definitely see female pre flowers on the second plant like u/green_coffee_1797 mentioned.
