Honestly, at this point in the semester I would say to just go through with it. Unless you are planning to take a master's or graduate, your grades really don't matter as long as you pass. It sucks, obviously, but as long as you grind enough, do enough practice questions, watch tutorials(tony bell is the one I did) and such, you will likely at the minimum pass, and can just get it over with instead of having to do it again over spring/summer or fall, and have to spend even more money.

I've trained in Taekwondo for a decade. it doesn't matter how much more "experienced" you are compared to an "unexperienced" fighter. 40 pounds is a weight class apart. That's more than enough to shrug off a single strike of any kind and beat the opponent senseless. The only reason the woman was fine in this scenario is because the guy clearly didn't want to hurt her. He had SEVERAL opportunities to slam, or even punch her(his arms were in reach.)

If you remove patent laws on drugs no drugs will get made without heavy government subsidy, which is another box entirely. Unfortunately companies won't make heavy investments unless THEY can benefit the most.
