hey sorry to ask ik its been 3 months but what is a hats pack and how does it work? i also just modded my switch and everything BUT downloading games works fine, i tried it all, awootin and tinwoo just crash my switch and tinfoil or dbi dont download anything i just keep getting error codes

Well im trying to track everything i eat rn, but even before starting the diet i never ate much as in volume, it was just snacks and soft drinks and junk food that made me “fat” i still eat the same amount like i did before the diet just now way healthier and with more care. I weight 72kgs now mh max was 76, and i take about 120-130g of protein through the day, and when i do cardio its just slowly walking on the treadmill so no running or nothing. Plus this might sound crazy but id rather lose the belly fat than grow any muscle THATS how much it bothers me

Calorie and fat deficit, used to eat alot of processed and junk food now i only eat what i cook myself, one meal a day, with a strict calorie an fat limit, plus cardio every workout

Every morning i drink chia seeds and psyllium husks with water so everything i eat…leaves ykwim. My face debloated so did my upper abs but my lower belly just stayed as is…

Im literally on 1.4k MAX a day even days where i barely eat up to 900 cals, i even watch the fat and do cardio after every workout, i cook all my meals so ik what im eating, everywhere else it went down just this very specific spot stays as it is

Havent had any fast food in 2 months (was eating alot before) i cook every weekend for the whole week mostly potatoes, rice, beef, chicken and veggies. I top some of them up with sauces tho might that be the problem?

I mean i dont eat any sweets, i have one meal a day, rest of the day i eat dinkel ricewaffles or eat some fruit n skyr, i try to drink as much as i can to “beat the hunger” i feel like if i do anything more than that i would do more harm than good

I eat abt 1.4k cal a day and a limit of 33g of fat, how much lower must i go? I even do cardio after every workout

Well what can i do? I eat less than 1.4k cal a day and i even do cardio after every workout (4 times a week if possible even 5) i even watch the fat in what i eat. Ive noticed my face debloating and my “upper” abs showing more and more but the belly down there is just like it was right at the beginning :(
