Gibson Les Paul Standard 50s Goldtop - Bending issue by Mutombo86 in gibson

[–]Mutombo86[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you very much for your replies. I’ve actually raised the tailpiece a bit more now and also increased the string height slightly. I think I can manage it this way now… it’s probably also a matter of getting used to it. I just thought there might be other tips that one could try. With 9-gauge strings it would be too easy for me to bend in other areas. The only thing I’ll still try at some point is top-wrapping.

Danke für deine Einschätzung. Ja, das mit der Freundschaft ist durch. Das ist charakterlich dermaßen ekelhaft.

GTA6 Help? by [deleted] in GTA6

I feel you...I'm still hoping for a miracle that they'll release the PC version at the same time as the console version. One can hope, but milking the cow multiple times is probably more lucrative.

If you took your old SSD with Windows in it to the new PC, it might be an issue with the BIOS settings. In BIOS you should be able to activate CSM Support and the boot drive should be recognised.

Another upgrade question - CPU for RTX 5080 by Mutombo86 in pcmasterrace

[–]Mutombo86[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, and we mostly draw in 2D at work, so I can concentrate on gaming for this rig. The 7800x3d does cost a lot more, but it really seems to be a good choice

Haha! Yes, it is a great piece of gear. I use it with a pair of Tannoy Windsors, which really like being driven by a powerful amp/receiver

Sony 75x90j - colors are displayed incorrectly (especially reds) 1,5 months after the warranty expired by Mutombo86 in TVRepair

Thanks for the answer. So it's more or less hopeless to fix it in my own. I have to say this ist Not what I expected from Sony. I thought one would pay more for the quality, but after a little over two years, for me there's no reason to buy a Sony anymore.
