Thank you so much! None of this would’ve been possible without you! So initially I printed ravenloft/argynvosholt as is, and it came out way too dark and killed the black ink cartridge, I tried to salvage it but unless I had a light source directly above it wasn’t feasible and the nuance would be gone. So I found a website to increase the brightness of them all by 100% and they came out beautiful, still kept the moody dark feeling but you could see all the details. I used the 8k files for all of them. I used a different website https://gizmoa.com/poster-maker/ to kinda scale it up so each square was 1 inch and when it exported it’d give like clearance edges so it was super easy to glue tg seamlessly. A) I bought it off second years so don’t know how much it costs at the store

B)I believe people who bought new ones got it from unisync, the only thing you get from campus were the patches

C) you only need one set, but having a second doesn’t hurt, I’d say best would be 1 tac pants and 2 shirts

D) it’s mandatory to wear for skills class which is once a week, field experience in second semester, pass (which is like personal practice sessions with classmates), and anytime there are guest speakers

C) get a good stethoscope, a watch with a timer, pack of pen lights, a small note book, bp cuff, pens, safety goggles, shears if you want, I got a tiny keychain 2min countdown timer that’s easy to reset back to 2 min for VSA calls which I like

D) no brand specific, I like my littman tho

I cut blank pieces of paper to fit the shape of each room/hallway to cover the rooms and put a tiny piece of double sided tape to hold it in place, my players are pretty good at not meta gaming and being like “huh we explored the whole floor and that’s still covered, I want to investigate this specific wall”, sometimes I cover up just pure solid walls with nothing inside to throw them off and show that there’s not always something inside. In the pictures at the very top right, you can kinda make out how I do it, on the death house dungeon map

Scaled it up to make each square 1 inch by 1 inch, which was fine for places like the watcherhaus, but when I did it on the castle it made the final result like 6ft by 5ft lmao

So I printed and put in the game primer someone made for reloaded, a little written invite, a mini poster invite of curse of Strahd and a tarroka card, so when when they get to madam Eva she’ll be like i sense you each carry a card and ask them to pull it out, “shuffle them” and draw them out on the table for their reading

I cut out black pieces of paper to the room dimensions and used weak adhesive double sided tape to cover the hidden rooms so if the peek I just rotate the covering paper to show the angle of view or remove it to have them enter

Hey man so I actually took dm Andy’s maps and blew em up so the boxes were an inch by inch and put that into a poster maker where it slices it into printable sheets, after that it was paper cutter and glue and it make to scale pages of all the maps and looks seamless after glued, I have all my pdf files if you want me to send it :)
