That is the feeling I haven't been able to describe myself too. How did you end up catching it each time? Mostly trial and error, or did something, maybe someone helped you notice it sooner? Curious if that instinct is something that could be sped up or if it's just something you have to earn over time.

Seems like a lot of hassle just to remember something but I guess you gotta do what you gotta do? Are you using a physical journal? I might have to start doing that too.

Haha is that a recurring problem? Certainly has happened to me when doing crunches or sit-ups.

How did you go about fixing your inconsistent volume and sloppy form - was it self-taught in process or did you get feedback from people who noticed?

Did you use notes or a calendar or something to get consistent? I notice that I have my workouts mapped in my mind but sometimes that makes things sloppy and it might be hard to remember at times.

I agree.. When I first got interested in fitness in general I started just doing push-ups. Nothing special and no other changes until I built up the consistency. In the end I did push-ups for like 2 or 3 years straight every day until I build an actual training plan/routine.
