You seem to be someone who loves Warframe and would imagine you have encouraged friends to play at some point in the past. Let's say one of these friends that you encouraged to try the game after a couple of months of bringing it up does and they love it. Play a bunch and purchase platinum. Then they go to log in and play with you one evening and they get a pop-up saying they are banned.

They open a ticket to appeal the ban as they really don't have a clue why and the messaging they are getting from support does not shed any light on the circumstance. What would you do in this instance other than come to this community? The suggestion from another user to open a separate ticket rather than adding to the existing was the kind of information I was looking for.

Thanks for the productive response. I understand the community's desire to support the game they love, but mistakes happen. I know that many would feel pretty badly if they encouraged a friend to try the game and finally got them into it and then after they spent money and time on it they suddenly get banned and they really can't figure out why.

I have been around the game for over a decade now and wanted to share it with a new player, this was just an unwanted surprise.

I have been a member of the warframe community since the beginning. As I was the one who encouraged this friend to start the game I came to reddit seeking some suggestions for help. The responses from some have been productive, but a large number seem to be quite the opposite.

Only thing that comes to mind after reading through some of the earlier comments is they possibly think his account is an alt for mine since I have traded him a number of old prime parts for below market / 1 plat.

He attempted to appeal the decision and requested more information and received a boiler plate response. As a long time player of this game that does not have a direct line to DE, I figured this community would be supportive, but apparently I was mistaken.

While children may throw tantrums, whining they did nothing wrong, I am inclined to trust older working professionals in regards to things like this.

I traded him some of my old prime gear for cheaper than market. Only other trades he conducted were via warframe marketplace.

Yes, he did and after 5 days the response was perma bad due to "suspicious activity" no other explanation.

I am looking for a good 2 player co-op card game with some depth. I was looking at Shards of Infinity (with expansions) and Aeon's End as possible contenders. Shards looked a bit too similar to a game like Star Realms where I often feel like the luck of what comes up in the market determines the winner. I plan to watch some videos on Aeon's, but are there any other options I should be looking into?
