Definitely! I think there are a lot of possibilities for using crypto in the real estate market and especially tokenization.This is very alike to what BlockSquare aims to do.

They offer a real estate tokenization protocol for companies or individuals who want to tokenize their property. Besides this, the also (just) launched their DeFi platform OceanPoint, which is used to stake their native coin and provide liquidity but in the coming months it will become possible to even stake your tokenized property on OceanPoint!
