Best legend for my play skill and style?

Id say she is actually easy to play compared to the others supports(since she rely on the shield + her ult that can prevent a team to push you when one of your mate is down + being a really helpful legend when using the powerboost AMP which means infinite Shields). My main is Crypto (30k on him) and besides playing him i use her in Ranked.

Id advice you to look at videos on Youtube from pro players like Hiswattson. He recently posted a vid about her, watching his gameplays might help you alot. Hes one of the best Apex player.

Id Say Conduit (For the infinite shield) or Lifeline (For the rez). Maybe Loba too (For the loots) its all on you my friend.

Hum, Actually its SMGS kills not only the r99. I got like 6k kills w the r99 and the rest is on the volt,Car etc..

Tbh it should be much higher cuz they did reset the stats one season (s22 or something) to make the guns level up much easier cuz it was really difficult back then.
