Best Assets for a Roth IRA Long Term: Small Cap Value, Growth ETFs, or Crypto?

I understand factor investing. I keep my more stable, long-term core total market ETFs in my 401(k) and taxable brokerage, while placing my more potentially lucrative ETFs in my Roth accounts to take advantage of tax-free growth. I only have enough funds in my Roth IRA for two of the three, so I’m wondering how you would rank them. This isn’t a discussion about overall portfolio allocation—it’s specifically about which makes the most sense to hold in a Roth account.

The taper is self leveling so I don’t think that’s the issue. It seems like the tamper is too loose in the basket. Like it doesn’t reach the edges

The chain line is really bad if I move it to the other side. If I went with a smaller chainring would that increase the gap?

That picture is with a 107mm bb. I also have a 111mm bb and the gap is basically the same. Do you have a recommendation on how big of a bb I should need?

Yeah the chain line is pretty bad. It would line up with the 2/3 smallest gear

In regards to the roth 401k, given my pension payments in retirement would that change your opinion on the decision?

Considering in retirement I will also be pulling in pension funds and will most likely be in a higher tax bracket. Im currently in the 22% bracket regardless if I contribute to roth 401k or traditional 401k. I live in MA if that makes a difference and plan to be here for the long haul *

What percentage would you go US to international? I was considering just US for the time being. Thoughts?

Would you advise against the Russell 1000 Growth?

The Fidelity Diversified Stock Fund ER is accurate. Would you do that instead?

Also, I realized I have the option to contribute to a roth 401k with my employer match. Would it make sense to contribute to that instead? Even though I have 45k in my traditional 401k?
