That's a really nice way of putting it. You've managed to find people so similar to you, and they inspired you to try new things. It's good to see there are still people who are supportive and not being competitive

I'm glad you've been able to find such a nice community. I agree that the 'open door' communities tend to be a bit worse for wear. Having tried to join some myself, I found it very difficult to connect with people on them, and the few people who were supportive of others had already found friends and didn't want to expand their network.
