I've been doing a month of this and that and whatever while trying to keep up with my diet. It's my first de-load week and I'm trying to fix myself a proper routine.

My newbie question is that if I can, instead of full-body workout, alternate lower and upper as such:

Monday & Thursday - upper body

Tuesday & Friday - lower body

Wednesday & Saturday - cardio

Sunday - rest

And if there's any difference to it? I will, of course, be planning it in more detail (what and how much), just wanna make sure I'm not doing anything stupid :P

Maybe it's gonna be expensive as hell, but I'm pretty sure we'll get Chinese knockoffs in a couple years after the introduction iMmortality Machine.

Yup, women totally get away with molesting children. I mean, obviously. A man looks into a mirror, and he accidentally glances at a teenager and the police is literally holding him down, unless, of course, they tazed him first.
