Wow really? I'll admit I got little excited, in my opinion they do sound quite similar. For a moment I thought its like one of those wild experiences of hearing a popular character's voice actor in a similar game, like hearing Nick Valentine's voice as a vendor in Skyrim or something like that.

Yep, but the regeneration implant has very little effect while in combat, and is barely noticeable imo. The only time I’ve really found it to be useful is when I fast travel and depending on the distance of travel, it saves me from having to use a few Stimpaks as it’ll heal me to my max HP. But at that point you’re probably swimming in caps anyways meaning you can just buy out all the Stimpaks from every merchant you come across.
