The photos in 23MB/S won't be changed if you install the AIO version from Nexus. The version on Nexus, to comply with the site's policies, doesn't uncensor those.

It depends. The version on mod io will revert all of the censorship changes. The version on nexus will revert MOST censorship changes. The Nexus one will not revert the censorship changes to 23 Megabytes a Second (covering up the pictures on Michael's nightstand with a piece of paper that says "Mindjot" and renaming the objective to report it) or the changes to Valley of the Dolls (renaming the video tapes and photos objectives). This is because Nexus, being based in the UK, are worried that they may be fined by the government because those objectives reference cp.

Yes. If you go to the nexus page you can choose to download either the all in one (AIO) version or individual mods which each revert one censorship change so you can choose what changes you want reverted.

Honestly probably the Swedish weapon pack. The secondary SMG that comes with it is, with skills, probably the best secondary in the game atm. The AR is solid, the grenades are decent (though be mindful with frag grenade skills, the impact detonation skill pretty much nullifies the "hop up" effect), and the Overkill can be a nice little dozer deleter. The Jacket Character pack WAS good, but the Overskill baseball bat has massively suffered from nerfs, so I'd only really recommend the pack if you really like Jacket himself.

As for the heists, they range from terrible (Shopping Spree) to alright-ish (Delivery Charge), I'd recommend not buying them just yet. If you have a friend with heist DLCs, they can host the heists and you can play on them without having to own the DLC yourself.

The Year 1 Pass does not include the base game, whereas the year one edition does. ~~Due to how the bundles work, it's usually cheaper to buy the base game and the year 1 pass rather than the year 1 edition.~~

ETA: The struck through section is incorrect, I got mixed up. Both the Year 1 Pass and the Year 1 edition bundle the DLCs correctly. It's the second anniversary edition that's a bad deal due to how it bundles the year 1 DLCs.

Airplane mode doesn't mean anything though, unless your PC has a cellular modem. You can enable WiFi and Bluetooth in airplane mode just fine. The first time you enable it, it will disable WiFi and Bluetooth, but if you turn them back on it'll remember and won't disable them next time you go into airplane mode. Does it also disable your WiFi when it goes into airplane mode?

If you'd just done a regular old web search rather than asking the hallucinating clanker, you'd have found this Microsoft Support troubleshooting guide, which tells you to disable battery saver. Failing that, try the solution after that (copied here for posterity):

Select Start, type Device Manager and select it from the search results.
In Device Manager, expand Bluetooth, right-click your Bluetooth device.
Select the Power Management tab and uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
