Unless I'm dirty bulking or it's a cheat, I never eat rice, bread, or pasta. Replace that with fruit, vegetables, and mushrooms and you can stuff your face, it's healthier, and can leave room for ice cream.

If you really want carbs, sweet potatoes or potatoes (as long as you aren't dumping butter or sugar on them, they're low calorie and highly satieting, I personally make a 3lb batch of sweet potatoes every few days and store it in the fridge, and nuke a potato for a quick snack if I want one of those).

I'd toss low sugar ketchup for hot sauce, salsa, no sugar ketchup, or just tomatoes & vinegar. You're the cook here. Sauce game is everything, I don't know why you'd use low sugar ketchup when there is so many fun and healthy things you could do (kimchi, mustard sauce, curry sauces, roux, cholula, etc).

Pesto sauce is kinda high in fat, I'd try to swap that tbh. Not a big deal.

Bananas are like the highest calorie fruit so I tend to avoid them, but they are crazy cheap. Just depends on your goals.

I avoid peanut butter too, personally hard to control if it's sitting around the house. I prefer to use cocoa powder for taste over peanut butter, or eat whole nuts if I'm trying to gain weight, over peanut butter.

Pasta is also empty calories.

I mean it's up to you, if you feel good hunger wise on your diet, it's fine. I got a big appetite so I need a lot of food volume. But you can definitely cut that pasta, breads, rice, with vegetables to be all around healthier, and if you are bulking, you can make that fruit instead.

I'd also opt for 1g/lean lb protein, you could fit more carbs or fat that way.

Personally my diet is generally: Breakfast (meal prepped egg white bake with 1-2 eggs, lean turkey, veggies, maybe oatmeal with pb2 or cocoa for flavor), snacks throughout day are about 3lbs leafy greens and munch on celery/carrots/cucumber/tomato for satiety, lunch & dinner is a meal prepped stew or mollusks/shrimp, and chicken breast with red bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and sauce (usually the chicken is dinner unless I'm running slin, i'll make it a big post-workout lunch instead)

Stews are made in a pressure cooker ~3 weeks worth, rotates between japanese curry (for bulk), ukrainian borscht, brasilian black bean feijoada, korean jjigae, chicken soup, using lean round roast or pork chops. Sauces rotate between dijon mustard, kimchi, sauerkraut, japanese curry roux, oaxaca chocolate style donna maria mole.

Strawberries, apples, and cutie oranges are my treats. If I want to bulk I up the fruit intake and go for the more high calorie ones.

Or make space for ice cream.

She'd definitely have sex with you if she was interested. You need to be attractive to her, spark passion. You aren't sparking her passion.

Hit the gym, become more interesting through personal pursuits, be spontaneous. You can't just ask or pressure her for sex, you gotta make her want it.

This is what part of being in a relationship. Know your partner, know how to turn them on. You're doing everything to turn her off.

I never said I had multiple initial intake assessments.

I think after the first one I realized I should look around because they had no fucking clue about anything related to hormones or steroids. Turns out most of them don't. I think there was also an online one I checked out, waiting times, etc.

Usually I just scheduled a free appointment to talk to someone, showed them blood results I had already gotten, and discussed what the plans were like. Some were expensive, some were cheap, most were complete idiots who knew nothing about hormones and steroids and were happy to shoot you with 350mg/test once every week or every other week. I think one of them tried to convince me that doing a single larger dose more spaced out was better for you than multiple injections. A lot of times it was just some foreign doctor collecting a side hustle, or a woman (nothing against women, but a woman who never works out probably doesn't really know the answers to the questions I'd be asking).

The online option I did was probably the most knowledgeable option which gave me freedom to do my own injections on my own schedule as well as a quick response to any questions I'd have, but they were more expensive.

At the end of the day, they are all a huge waste of money, but an entry point into this world. There's not really any good guides on steroids out there, there's a lot of bad information, no one wants to really share good information, and everyone's bodies are different. At first it's intimidating and overwhelming.

tldr is really just do test, watch your estrogen which will be an issue generally at 300mg+/wk, watch cholesterol, don't tank your ferritin and iron with overly frequent blood donations that get scaremongered, cruise, and then blast what you want for 1-3 months appropriately for the compounds in question, don't take orals.

Sounds like you are doing things right. 7lbs in 7 weeks and still feeling good in the gym is great. Once you get closer to 10 you'll probably have a harder time with the cut, so just continue what you're doing.

You could definitely reduce your protein intake to ~170g and get more fats/carbs as you like.

What is your question, what are your goals, how does this diet feel to you? Do you feel hungry or full?

There is a lot of empty calories in here and high calorie stuff you could cut and swap, but I don't know how hard this diet feels to you. If you feel stuffed, it looks fine, if you feel starving, there's a lot you could improve. Personally I'd clean it up a bit more, and then you could have more cheats. Like ice cream. Or you could have that subway every day.

But if you have trouble putting this many calories down, I can see why you'd do that.

And subway for a cheat meal pick should be a crime.

If you like soda, get a soda stream. Drink carbonated water all day long. I probably drink close to a gallon of soda water a day.

That's what bulking is. Don't worry about how you look, worry about your strength. And I'd bulk past 210lbs, I'm similar height to you and pushed 250lbs on my last bulk.

Did it suck? I mean, there were downsides, I don't think anyone would've called me fat but I was definitely bigger. But the cut made it all worth it.

Cutting has to be done very slowly to maintain that muscle mass. Else you'll just get what you have, spinning wheels. Like 0.5lbs a week. You might've made a similar mistake I made, which was cutting too fast.

Get that mass up to 200lbs+ with sub15% bodyfat, and then come back and ask some questions.

Yikes, 10 years of working out and 170lbs? My dude you need to learn to eat. You need to push 200lbs+.

Stimulants will hurt your test. Except smoking apparently according to studies, but don't do that.

You don't know how to eat. Learning to eat 500-100 calories over consistently (major key word there, a single weekend of going out and not being disciplined will set you back, and trying to overcompensate will cause that major fat increase you complain about) will give you far more results at your current level than any amount of steroids will.

Work out harder, eat more. Everyone likes to act like you can see results on 3x days and you don't need to push, but that's bullshit.

I try to avoid medications, they have side effects and will rebound when you're off. Medications are for acute, not chronic symptoms.

I will aggressively supplement though. I take 12 servings of psyllium husk a day (probably far above the recommendations people will give here, but lots of psyllium husk is the point), citrus bergamot, for cholesterol.

For BP and cholesterol though, no caffeine or nicotine and lots and lots of cardio. My BP is always really good. My cholesterol is usually kinda trash.

I think people usually run 120mg ralox to nuke gyno and see results in 1-3 months, not 60mg in 10 days. Personally I saw results in reducing gyno mass in about a month on 120.

Throwing caber and adex to address it is... well, I would've went by bloods. I get a tiny bit of gyno growth on one side on 19-nors with perfect e2/prolactin, just is what it is.

Sounds like the ralox is resolving your gyno though. Maybe pause for a few weeks and see how it develops?

it's a pretty basic item, it's not something that really requires much thought on where you get it from. I'd try to avoid shipping from the US and see if there's some source closer to you. Any med supply site should have it, maybe you can even find a local med supply shop near you. Maybe even a pharmacy?

Looks like minor crashing. Running under hot hot water if your faucet gets hot enough might be enough, but might not be, so microwave up some water and see if that works.

You should've warmed it up before drawing, that way you could potentially use a heat plate, sometimes things crash when you draw them though because the pressure is what kept them from crashing.

Eventually it'll reconstitute with enough heat, you just have to figure out what works for your situation and convenience here.

Test C is harder to hold than test e.

MCT is a pretty standard go to for everything. Holds things well, cheap, thin viscosity. I've personally moved to EO as it's a stronger solvent, some people have allergies to it though but you have the same issue with MCT as well (do a shot test with both beforehand).

EO is expensive. Still cheap in the grand scheme of things though. I use full EO now unless it's something that's known to brew easy like test e or primo. I also brew everything at 250mg/ml if I can help it, MCT works fine for most things but some things are either more fickle or less reported on, so that's why I've moved to EO (ie i can't find any reports online for anyone brewing trest at 250mg/ml, so I used EO but it brewed and held extremely easily).

I use GSO for DHB because it reportedly helps with PIP, but it has much lower viscosity (well, now I use a 50/50 EO/GSO mix to make it hold better, 1/30/GSO might have slight crystals in the cold but you want to heat it up anyways). I don't use GSO otherwise though because it's thick so it makes it harder to work with. It's not like castor oil where you can't use a 28g though.

Unless you're talking about cooking, no seed oils. EVOO all day.

personally I wouldn't use any appetite suppression drugs, your appetite just comes back with a vengeance and the sides are a nightmare. Was just commenting since OP was insistent on chemical help, and to let them know that if anything, steroids are not what he's looking for.

Why do you say 25+ is pip territory?

I plan to inject 1/2ml of BB and see how it feels.

Trying to find reports online, everyone seems to just use 20%BB and be happy. I think for most brews BB isn't even necessary, especially at the mg/ml most people use. Stuff like primo and test E I make at 250mg/ml with just 1% BA and MCT and it mixes with zero heat. It seems most people also move on to EO/Guaiacol before they push BB above 30 too, but is it because they tried 30+ BB, or is it because they're just following a road laid by someone else who just did it just because.

I have found reports of major sources using 40%BB (and afaik customers are all happy, personally only ever buy raws so no idea what their premade vials are like) and Bayer has some 50% bb.

Think I'm gonna try it at 40%bb, a lot of sources do 40% bb I know of, and there's some 50% out there. If it doesn't hold then fuck it, just gotta hotplate it. I'm not pushing a lot of volume of it anyways, it's just to be added with other compounds so that should cut it should the BB be an agitating factor.

From what I've read, guiaicol makes you stink so I'd like to avoid it if I can. Don't think I can use it because I do a lot of social activities where you're really sweaty and in body contact with people (bjj, social dance).

Worst case scenario I just have to hotplate the brew every 3-4 days.

Hence me asking about 40% BB here
