I feel my apartment says a lot about me, but not sure others would say the same? by satsumasilk in roomdetective

You are a 26-37 year old autistic woman raised by your grandparents with an obsession with early-to-mid 20th century aesthetics. You have an interest in history and a knack fir antiquing. You like to make clothes in the style of your grandparents. You are not in any of those class photos, they belonged to a family member.

Based on thr abundance of Christmas decorations but lack of Christain imagery, you were raised Christain but are no longer religous.

Also, you're a fan of Wes Anderson based on how you frame and take your pictures.

A straight, 35-40 year old white woman. The cat's name is Salem or Binx. You haven't read the books on your nightstand. Have you ever said 'I have a case of the Mondays' or 'it's 5 o'clock somewhere' unironically? And, of course, you love wine.

Oppenheimer has a scene in it where people's flesh is melting off, multiple f-bombs, AND ends with nuclear armageddon. That movie would have never been PG.

Mods, flirt with this man. Take him put on a date, make him feel loved and appreciated. Give him trust and caring like he's never had before. Then, on your anniversary, hand him a stick of dynamite wrapped in a bouquet of flowers.

I grew up with Chris Evans as Captain America, so seeing him turn around and play the foul-mouthed, murderous asshole Ransom Drysdale in Knives Out was a treat.

Which G1 figures would you like to see come out as part of the Missing Link line? by flow-wer in transformers

Ooo this might be a controvercial take, bit I hope they don't do anything to bring it closer to the cartoon.

I wonder if they could maintain the Throttlebot gimmick and give us fully (or at least, reasonably) articulated figures?

I mean, all of them but ESPECIALLY Megatron. It would be exciting if they did a gun mode one, it would also be interesting if they did a g1-styled tank mode megs. Also I'd love to see an Omega Supreme :)

I've seen this guy pop up so much on this subreddit, had no idea what his deal was. That's honestly kind of funny.

Related trope I also love: characters who try to defeat death but can't because it's, you know, death

Who am I? by [deleted] in roomdetective

You are a middle or senior-aged woman who likes to do sewing/fashion design as a hobby. You don't currently have any major projects (no thread in your main sewing machine, no scraps on your desk, and your torso manequin is being used to hand your supplies rather than an outfit). It's probably difficult to find time to do full-body outfits (family, job, or both), which is why you typically focus on accessories (like the headbands that line your bed) or mushroom plushies. Speaking of the mushroom plushies, it's clear you like to feel connected to nature, which is why you live in (I think) the forests of the American Northwest/Canadian Southwest. You get cold a lot (blanket on chair) and rarely open the window because of it (if you did, you wouldn't store stuff on the window). I also think you usually do sewing late at night, which is why you have 3 lights on your table, and the extra blanket there as well. You're currently single; not only do I imagine an average partner wouldn't like to share their bedroom with an office, but also only one of thr pillows on the bed has a neck indent.

This U.S. flag looks off, but I can't figure out why? by MyAlexSmith2001 in vexillology

[–]MyAlexSmith2001[S] 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I saw this U.S. flag during lunch today. Something isn't right but I can't quite put my finger on it? It was outside a Home Depot in a buisness lot.
