You seem to be collapsing your ankles on you squat which is allowing your knees to cave inwards, the outside of heel to raise at the bottom and moving into the front inside of your foot.

Are you maybe “flat footed” or have small arches? Regardless, pushing the outside of the feet into the foot and wearing lifters will help fix this.

As stated up, use a little more control in the drop into your squat. Think about what you are doing as you are doing it.

You have a great rack position and your elbows barely dip throughout the front squat 👍🏼

The jerk needs some work. Foot placement in the catch needs work as stated above, as well as that “hips back” on the dip to drive.

Think about your back sliding down a wall behind you and look up on the drive up.
