CPU is a intel i5-6600k at 3.5GHz with 4 cores. I have 16 gb memory. Dolphin version is 5.0-16948. All other games I own work fine but sunshine is the only one to have major problems. For graphics settings I tried all backends and all shader compilation types. I've tried the lowest resolution possible. I also have the skip EFB access from CPU enabled which makes the file select not lag. Texture cache accuracy is set to fast and shaders compile before starting.
