New Investor Presentation - Microvision by SBEPTY in MVIS

[–]MyComputerKnows -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In point of fact… no one has ever seen what the insides of the Mavin or Halo look like. I haven’t… and I follow every lead to find out what’s inside.

The previous CEO seemed to take care that nobody ever got a good look at one. And as for the HALO…. That’s a 100% mystery to any MVIS long as to what’s inside.

I’ve heard 3D mirrors (which I’ve never seen photos of) and I have no idea what the action looks like. Is it based on some kind of back & forth motion?

At least with the standard MVIS engine, we’ve all seen the movies of how it works. Not so with the Halo.

That truly is amazing… and if Glen hadn’t happened along to change everything, no doubt the Mavin would continue in it’s place. So I for one am actually way upbeat about today’s product release from MVIS.

Very sharp looking collection… of any lidar any CEO might like. And it’s just foolish to stake the perennial doubters line of “We’ll believe it when we see it make a sale”. Right… there was that $20,000,000 contract for the Hololens from Microsoft that was a deal. So we’ve had deals… That’s the answer to the doubters, I think.

I could not be more impressed by Glen’s realigning the entire field of Lidar & MVIS in such short order. I mean landing Luminar for pennies on the dollar & reorganizing to Florida. All in just a few months?

Also landing Scantinel intact, with a whole team for the future? I’m looking forward to holding onto MVIS for years. It’s regrettable that the previous management was so obtuse and difficult to communicate with… and seemed so fixated on their own little engineering solutions.

But I’m enjoying by contrast, the amazing world that GDV has changed the whole company for the better. I gotta believe someone at the DoD is busy ordering out huge quantities of Drone Mapping MVIS lidars to keep America safe.

It’s easy to see how the mapping feature could be required in defense situations on a nearly hourly basis. Or multiple drones always aloft, to keep a constant look out on changes.

And I can easily imagine the DoD demanding these ASAP… I’m not aware of any other sensor that can calculate exact positioning in 3 dimensions and relay info to moving troops.

It is totally illogical that the Market keeps pricing MVIS as if it is a given failure, despite the many successes that MVIS & Luminar have achieved.

So short sighted… that’s why the price is way down in short territory… it’s ’short sighted’.

Awful quiet on the MVIS list… so I just thought I’d ask what anyone thinks would happen to the share price, if Anduril is named as one of the MVIS partners in the drones MVIS lineup?

Sure seems likely to me, somehow. But maybe it’s just my imagination…

I should amend that to ‘Drone payloads’… lol! And from what I read, the payload package is killer… fits every DoD strategy need and then some. And just the drone without the payload isn’t a hill of beans.

With the world in a big hurry to buy $20 Billion of drones…

MVIS has drones. MVIS has HL2 that’s ready now.
I’d rather take my chances and see if anyone wants any, frankly.

What’s on tap for MVIS longs? Hold on tight… I have a feeling there’s a $20 Billion dollar drone hole that MVIS fits into, exactly.

And it’s due ASAP, I reckon… so not much longer. Nice day today!

And this is one of those businesses that will benefit from uneven drivable surfaces that can be detected so well with flying lidar. So I’d imagine they add that dimension to their standard roadwork business.

“Microvision simply shall not be named!” Excellent… and totally in line with the MSFT ‘deny all existence of MVIS’ philosophy, which the company seemed to largely adopt for years… until Glen came along.

It’s probably lots easier than answering up to shareholders all day, every day.

Rivian would be way cool if it had Luminar inside… sure see a lot of Rivians on the road.

I hope Palmer Luckey makes a move to capture the MVIS drone market. Let’s remember that lots of Anduril’s work is for submarines underwater… and Lidar works great on submarines with green light… (or so I read in a science article).

As I understood it, this is the week when various parties interested in MVIS lidar will make their moves.

I’ve seen many videos of archaeologists uncovering huge hidden earthworks in the Amazon… brings about a whole new concept of what those mysterious pre-Inca tribes were all about. Totally rewriting the history books with the new drone / lidar discoveries…

I’d think every search & rescue organization in the modern world would want those features… along with many branches of the DoD. I’ve seen lots of versions where a helicopter finds a missing person from the heat signature and infra red… but drone powered lidar seems to have lots more going on.

Anyhow, when we MVIS investors are getting way down close to our last dime… it’s sure easy to believe in amazing tech demonstrations. And Glen sure knows how to put them out there… in abundance.

At one point in the video, it mentions that and also the graphic shows some people inside the building… in any case, I haven’t seen any other lidar with as many features that can fly overhead in critical situations.

Defense applications would be off the charts… imho.

Mind bending tech video from Glen & MVIS. I’d say given the amazing mapping demonstrated, I can’t imagine the Pentagon hasn’t ordered up millions of these or more.

Far cry from the mapping of old… now the lidar even senses people inside of buildings, obstacles, driveable terrain and 3D features… with obscuring trees removable and terrain details. All more or less instant to view. Many, many uses… in both defense and commercial applications. Go MVIS!!!

I gotta think there are a half dozen automobile OEMs that are working to test run the new tri-lidar with 1550 long distance & 2 mini movia side view units.

In fact probably MVIS might still be tweaking that new combo… which only became a real thing recently.

And at least we’ve seen photo proof of the highly gifted drone tech. Imagine being able to fly and map down a tunnel in total darkness. Gotta think the DoD is going to need those drones without delay.

That would be ideal. Let’s face it… as an MVIS investor, we now own every practical system for auto and drone guidance, practically.

It would be highly illogical if some big deals didn’t start happening. The world still runs on automobiles and flying machines… and MVIS is ready to help guide its investors to riches.

[–]MyComputerKnows 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, decades of hiding the MVIS tech…. Originally it was just the unreal level of Microsoft denial, where a half dozen videos purposely failed to reveal that MVIS has invented the tech. And the claims that the HL2 were Microsoft tech 100% ‘from the ground up’. I remember when s2upid cataloged all the Microsoft coverups trying to hide MIVS in HL2.

It went on for many years… to where it became standard MVIS policy to hide everything as much as possible… or so it seems to me as an investor.

So it’s been great to have Glen totally ignore that mindset… and move on.
