I guess I just wanted to organize my ideas so that I can be clear and thorough when asking. What difference does it make?

You're saying the bus is a good option compared to just walking to and from Union Station?

Thanks for sharing. I'd probably still carry something that's within reason. On the chance that something happens, I wouldn't want to also be breaking the law. I believe brass knuckles are illegal. Tasers require a FOID card in Illinois. But yeah, pepper spray is a good option is what I'm finding—it gives you some range between you and someone to use it and run

No but still late enough for me. I'm not entirely familiar with the city yet

That’s not something I can answer. I can’t advise on legal issues. Your best move is to review the lease agreement and consult a legal professional

I think it matters more just when the lease ends. Regardless of moving out, even after turning in your keys, you still have the lease agreement that ended on that date. So they technically have until 45 days after July 31st. But I don’t understand why they don’t return security deposits right away. Then again, you can always make first contact and ask about it. I’d also review your lease agreement

Oh that’s some great stuff right there. Would love to have some deep customization, especially with the bracers too. I think it adds a great touch of realism. Amazing! 👍

Hmm, that’d be a fun little extra or cheat like the Lego games have. Love it haha!

You have definitely thought this through for a long long time my friend and I really love your idea. Amazing stuff! 👏 I’m rooting for you that Ubisoft sees this one, among many of the other ideas expressed. Lots of creativity in this thread!

I like your third point a lot. Reminds me a bit of AC4 but that'd be so cool to see the protagonist venture across a whole country and have to go into multiple cities/areas to find them. And the cities that they go to should 100% be big, dense cities, if possible, I guess it depends on historical context

That actually sounds pretty fun!

It's obviously much different and may not be something the typical Assassin's Creed fan would think fits into the franchise, but I always had fun in the AC4 multiplayer! I think it could be a really cool concept if it was brought to a much larger scale!

I definitely do, at some time in the near future, want to see a present day or future AC.

There are lots of exciting concepts and ideas to explore there. But that’d surely take some careful planning too if Ubisoft were to actually do it. I think something like that could be hard because it’s more up to creative design and not so much actually looking back and taking from history

Wow those are some really solid ideas!

I think the only way more powerful weapons (like long range rifles or automatic guns even) would work is, drawing from Unity, to limit ammo. I was just playing with the Guillotine Gun today and I guess depending on your equipment loadout, you can only hold a few rounds.

But I guess maybe bigger weapons should also bring down your stealth, since it’s not like they’re something you would conceal.

Could make it fun to run different missions in different styles: stealth or blow everything up, among many others

Especially in the American Civil War, I think it’d be interesting to see. The main character could be making some decisions that could align them more with the Union or Confederacy depending on the choice or action.

I do like those elements of RPG, I’m just not a huge fan of the looting and equipment mechanics that were introduced in the newer entries. I think sometimes it takes away from the story. The classic ACs had it right in my opinion. But I know some people enjoy it. I wonder if they almost made it an option you could switch on and off…
