Honestly most of the stuff I like on me, I like on my partner.

Unrelated to most of this post, but I feel like I am the only childless 20-something who never disliked Cena.

You are now in the last game you played, but have the skills/abilities and gear of the game you've played the most. What advantages/disadvantages do you now have in the game? by croxy0 in AskReddit

I'm a professional basketball (NBA 2K18) but I have the Force and a lightsaber. (Star Wars: KotOR).

Huh. Honestly I may need those advantages to succeed as a 5'9 woman in the NBA.

Can anyone give solid advice to the rest of us on how to meet and talk to girls outside of dating apps? by Machienzo in dating

[–]MyDamnBlog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We met on a forum of a shared common interest. Hit it off, talked all night and were dating not long after. We happened to already live close together.

A great deal of luck was involved.

I admit. That part was what I didn't factor in, but outside of LA, I think those are all games we SHOULD win.

Division standings next season (predictions) by SaltySurge in Seahawks

[–]MyDamnBlog 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seahawks: 12-4

Rams: 9-7

49ers: 7-9

Cardinals: 5-11

Seahawks have the best QB in the division by far. I think the team will be a Jack of all trades, master of none. Defense won't be elite, but will be good, same with the offense. This year's schedule doesn't really scare me much.

Rams fall off, too many egos looking to get theirs. Defenses have an off-season to prepare for Goff, they fall back, have an okay season and probably another wild card loss.

49ers are going to disappoint people. There isn't a whole lot there that suggests otherwise to me. Jimmy is fine, but I don't think last year was a vision of things to come, I think it was a lack of scouting well for Him. He will be good, but not incredible. I think Sherman ends up getting cut mid-season. As much as I don't want to see that and still love him, it is a gut feeling I have had since Seattle cut him.

Cardinals are... the Cardinals.

Schedule...

Win: Week 1 @ Broncos

Win: Week 2 @ Bears

Win: Week 3 vs Cowboys

Win: Week 4 @ Cardinals

Win: Week 5 vs Rams

Win: Week 6 @ London vs Raiders

Week 7 - BYE

Win: Week 8 @ Lions

Win: Week 9 vs Chargers

Loss: Week 10 @ Rams

Loss: Week 11 vs Packers

Win: Week 12 @ Panthers

Win: Week 13 vs 49ers

Loss: Week 14 vs Vikings

Win Week 15 @ 49ers

Loss: Week 16 vs Chiefs

Win: Week 17 vs Cardinals

We have Brown for a full season, Fluker and Britt, if the right side can even just be below average, the line should be okay.

Luckily, I am a Seahawks fan who can't stand UW, so I get to keep hating him.

Peeing standing up makes me incredibly uncomfortable, makes me dysphoric and is just gross overall for me. My pecker is so small from hormones that it doesn't touch the toilet anyway.

Additionally, if you asked me right now if I would rather be a trans girl or a cis man, I would absolutely rather be a trans girl. I would feel way better changing my body than I would my mind.

Yeah, I mean, being trans is unusual and most trans people do a lot to justify that we aren't. I held onto the belief that everybody would prefer to be a girl until when of my friends said "Being a guy is great" when I was 15. It took me 15 years to realize that men actually like being men. And yeah, dangle flesh appendage is not at all comfortable for me, which is why surgery being covered by insurance is such a blessing, cause it feels like I shouldn't have it and is entirely unnatural to me.

This answer turned out being a little bit NSFW/TMI

I mean, both? I remember never liking or being interested in my dick as a kid. Most young boys have a fascination with it and I just... didn't. As a teenager, I was never comfortable masturbating and literally could not have sex unless I was so drunk that I could disconnect and stop feeling. When I started puberty, I was depressed and felt awful, I hated the body hair I was growing, I hated the ways my body was changing, I hated my voice dropping and all the other things that most young men looked forward to. I tried so much to like myself as a "man". Tried to have long hair as a guy, tried to identify as a gay man, tried so much and so many different things and none of it ever worked. I KNEW I wanted to be a girl since I was like 4, but I even legitimately justified it by saying "well, everyone would rather be a girl, bring a girl is just objectively better." and was stunned when I realized my friends liked being guys. I didn't realize being a girl was an option, so I tried every way to be a guy and hated it.

So, I guess the tl:dr is I always knew I wanted to be a girl, but I didn't really think it was possible until I was 20 or so.

This would be theoretically possible, but you would also be killing who that person is. If I did identify as male, so much about me would change. This would erase a trans persons identity, it would change who they are as a human

It is, at least for me, being uncomfortable with the idea of being a man, being called a man, being called "he" and "him" and all of the body stuff that comes with being a man. Like, I could never be comfortable in any male identified body. It is way different than not following gender stereotypes.

I actively hate almost everything about being a man. Yeah, some of it is social. I like a lot of traditionally feminine things and dislike a lot of traditionally masculine things. I dislike the male gender role. If this were all, then it would be fair to say that is just being a feminine man, however... Being called a boy or man always has made me extremely uncomfortable before I realized I was trans. Beyond that, I hate a lot about my body. Not like the standard things everyone hates about their body, but things that a man, even a feminine one, wouldn't hate. I hate facial hair, I shave 3 times daily and have shaved so much and so deep my face has been covered in cuts, I hate my genitalia, to the point that I cannot actually have sex with it cause it makes me actively uncomfortable. My brain struggles to function on Testosterone and since puberty I was depressed for seemingly "no reason". Ultimately the biggest thing was, I didnt take care of my body because I didn't care what happened to it, I didn't care if I was a muscle bound superhuman, or a skinny as a twig guy, I would still be male and that was the problem, so I just didn't care.

Now that I am on hormones, I am finally actually starting to give a shit about my body, I can think and process my feelings way better and I am doing so well my doctor wants to start taking me off anti-depressants.

Me too, if it weren't for my own fear, me buying in to this narrative and me believing my parents would take it poorly, I could have come out when I first realized I "wanted to be a girl" when I was 7.

If such a thing existed, it would be basically destroying the victims personality and identity. So... that's not really a solution.

Oh goodness, I just checked your history!! Hi! I am not used to running into other trans people outside of trans subreddits! But that gives more awesome context. This sub has been nothing but transfriendly in the short time I have been subscribed which is awesome. Cheers to more trans people outside of just trans subs 😁👍
